This post is long overdue, but I thought I’d share what I’ve bought from Sephora in separate orders over the last few weeks.
You know how that goes.. I go to buy a palette and highlighter and end up with a few other items…
BUT NO REGRETS.
Here’s a little preview of what I got..
The first item is the Sephora Favorites Give Me Some Nude Lip ($28).
This was definitely one of those impulse buys, but I LOVE sample packages like this because you get to try a lot of different products.
In this case I got a lip liner, 3 lipsticks, a liquid lippie and a lip gloss.
They’re all sample size EXCEPT for the Urban Decay Vice Lipstick.
I’m normally more of a pinky-nude type of girl but the orange shade is one of my favorites so far!
That one is the Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche lipstick in Honeycomb.
The next item is the Tarteist Pro Amazonian Clay Palette ($53).
It has 16 mattes and 4 shimmer shades.
I’ve used it a few times and so far I love it! (You may have seen me use it in this tutorial)
I love palettes that include shimmers and I really like how this one basically puts color schemes in order so you don’t have to overthink your eye makeup.
I’ve been waiting forever to get my hands on this and glad I finally did!
So my next purchase was the Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette ($49).
Too Faced is one of my my all time favorite brands and I’ve heard a lot of great things about this palette.
I use the Chocolate Bar pretty much daily so I figured I wouldn’t be disappointed in this one.
So far, I really like it. I’ve used it a few times for a peachy daytime look and I thought it looked great.
The shades blended really well and lasted all day.
The next item is a skincare one.
I was so excited to see this: GlamGlow #Multimasking Mask Treatment Set ($42).
Before I got this, I’d already tried Supermud and Thirstymud and I am OBSESSED.
These things are miracle workers!
If I’m starting to break out, I apply the Supermud at night and by morning I swear those trouble areas will be pretty much cleared up.
I’ll save more on that for a Skincare Sunday review, but I am so excited to give each of these a try without paying $70 for each one!
The next two items are more lip products.
I’ve never tried the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks ($20 each) so I wanted to give them a try.
I saw one of my favorite YouTubers Madison Miller rave about and wear the orange shade called Ophelia and I knew I needed it.
The other shade, Bow and Arrow, is a cult favorite so I wanted to try it out too.
The last product is a hair product.
It’s the Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast Spray ($15).
Ya gurl will do just about anything to get a little extra volume and I’ve heard great things about this spray so I wanted to give it a try.
On days where the dry shampoo isn’t doing enough, this stuff will make my hair look more full.
I really like it so far.
Would you like to see a review of any of these products??
