Happy Sunday everybody!
I hope you’ve all had a great weekend!
For me, the weekend went by WAYYYY to fast.. but doesn’t it always?!
Me right now…
But for this week’s Skincare Sunday, I’m reviewing Tarte’s skincare products (and one other product not pictured.. I’ll explain below).
First I’ll talk about the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Deep Dive Cleansing Gel.
I bought a value set from Sephora around the holidays (not available anymore but here’s a similar one) so I could try some of their products and I’ve been obsessed ever since!
If you’d like to learn more about the Rainforest of the Sea products, Sephora has a video here.
The cleansing gel leaves my skin feeling so smooth and clean after. I notice it makes my skin look more radiant than other cleansers.
If I’m suffering from a breakout, I can use this stuff and it will help clear my skin right away.
I do prefer foaming cleansers, but I feel like this gel cleanser does a great job of giving my face a deep clean.
Probably my favorite product out of all of these is the Rainforest of the Sea Marine Boosting Mist.
I find an excuse to use this for EVERYTHING.
Right after I wash my face, before my primer, as a setting spray after my makeup, throughout the day, etc.
I LOVE it!!!
It feels so hydrating and cooling on the skin.
It makes my makeup look great.
It smells like citrus.
I can’t say enough great things about this.
It’s my favorite setting spray!
The other product wasn’t pictured above but here’s a picture from when I got it in my Play! by Sephora box last month.
This is the Tarte Frxxxtion Stick.
I’m in the process of moving and can’t find it ANYWHERE right now!
I love this for when I feel like my skin needs an extra cleanse and some exfoliation.
You can also leave it on a little longer and use it as a mask!
This is just a sample size and my only complaint is that I wish it was a little bigger.
I’m not sure how big the regular size one is in comparison.
The final product is the Maracuja oil.
I’ve used this underneath my moisturizer after I wash my face if my skin is feeling extra dry.
I’ve also used it on my cuticles, lips and in my hair.
It’s a great product you can use for almost anything.
However, this product doesn’t “wow” me or anything.
I have other facial oils I use that I actually like better like this one from Target that’s a lot cheaper!
Do you use any of these products and, if so, what do you think of them?
Let me know in the comments below!
Also, let me know what skincare products you’d like to see me review next!
